What should I do if I forget the password of my account?

Recovering a forgotten app password.

Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. If you forgot your password of the app, you can reset the password through the recovery process:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
  2. The system will automatically locate the current country / region you are in. You can also choose the country / region by yourself.
  3. Enter the mobile number / email that you use to register and click "Get Verification Code".
  4. Enter the verification code you receive in SMS or email.
  5. Enter your new password, click "Done" to reset the password. The app will automatically log in using your new password.
